Privacy notice

Your enquiry.
Your information.

How information submitted through Commercial Electrical London is used, and how your agreement applies to sharing an enquiry.

Information You Choose To Share

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also records the website the enquiry came from and your agreement to sharing it. Please include only information needed to understand the work and avoid sensitive personal information.

How Enquiries Are Used

Your information is used to understand and respond to your request for electrical services. With your agreement, your enquiry and contact details may be passed to a suitable local electrical firm so it can discuss your requirements. The form asks for that agreement before the enquiry is sent.

Permission to share your enquiry is for responding to that request. It is not permission for unrelated marketing. Before booking a service, you can ask the responding firm about its own handling of your information and the terms for any proposed work.

Sharing And Storage

Information may be processed by technical providers needed to deliver and secure the enquiry service, as well as the suitable local firm you agree may receive it. Access should be limited to the purposes described here. Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

No fixed retention period is promised in this notice. You can ask for information about the handling of your particular enquiry. Where a receiving firm keeps records for its own services, its own privacy information will apply to those records.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask about access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion or restrictions on use where applicable. You can also withdraw consent for future sharing. Withdrawal does not undo sharing that has already taken place, and some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason.

Use the contact form to make a privacy request and state clearly that it concerns personal information. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive data. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies And External Resources

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to a third-party service and transmission of normal connection data such as your IP address. Hosting services may also process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

Before You Send An Enquiry

Check the details you enter and read the consent statement beside the form. Do not send confidential access codes, payment card details or unnecessary information about other people. If your request is solely about privacy, select “Privacy request” and identify it in the message. Privacy requests are not submitted with consent to pass the enquiry to an electrical firm.
